1. Information We Collect
Information you provide at checkout. When you purchase a product, we collect the information needed to complete your order: your name, email address, billing address, and, where applicable, shipping address and phone number. We also keep a record of the products you purchase and the order total.
Account and communication data. If you create an account, subscribe to our email list, or contact us, we collect the information you submit (such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message).
Automatically collected data. When you browse the Site we collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, referring pages, and pages viewed. Some of this data is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).
2. Payment Processing (Stripe)
Payments on the Site are processed by Stripe. Your card number, expiration date and security code are transmitted directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. We receive only a payment confirmation and limited details (such as the last four digits of your card and card brand) needed to manage your order. Stripe’s handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To process orders, deliver products (including digital downloads) and provide customer support;
- To send transactional emails such as order receipts, download links and account notices;
- To send marketing emails if you have opted in (see Section 4);
- To operate, secure, analyze and improve the Site;
- To comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Email Marketing
If you subscribe to our newsletter or opt in at checkout, we may send you marketing emails about products, offers and content we think you will find useful. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email or by emailing akoshner@gmail.com. Transactional emails related to your purchases will still be sent as needed.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart and login session working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site through analytics tools. 6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Site and fulfill orders (for example, our payment processor, hosting provider, email delivery service and analytics providers), when required by law, or to protect our rights. These providers are permitted to use your data only to perform services for us.
7. Data Retention
We retain order and account records for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet tax, accounting and legal requirements. Marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
8. Your Rights (GDPR and CCPA)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy of it;
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- Request deletion of your personal information;
- Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- Receive your data in a portable format;
- Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of any “sale” of personal information (we do not sell personal information). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including HTTPS encryption, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where applicable), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. International Transfers
We are based in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
