Yes — Dallas, Texas. We work primarily with DFW-area founders but take on remote engagements when the fit is right and the founder commits to the cadence.

Most of our clients are between $500K and $25M in annual revenue. We also work with high-conviction pre-revenue founders when there’s clear domain expertise and a real offer worth scaling.
Do you build things or just advise?
Both. About 70% of engagements include hands-on implementation — funnel builds, offer redesigns, lifecycle automation, analytics setup. Pure-strategy engagements exist but are the exception, not the default.
